Job Overview:

As an Experienced E-Bikes Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining e-bike systems while providing outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our custo and use your technical expertise and basic computer skills to efficiently manage service requests, update repair records, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on e-bikes, including battery systems, motors, wiring, and control units.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the optimal performance and safety of all e-bike models.
  • Maintain repair logs and service documentation accurately.


Customer Service:

  • nteract with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear explanations and technical support during servicing.
  • Handle on-site repairs and conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with basic operation tips and preventative maintenance advice.


Technical & Computer Skills:

  • Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot e-bikes


Team Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new e-bike technologies and repair techniques.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service processes and product performance.


Qualifications:

Technical Experience:

  • Proven experience as an e-bike technician or similar role, with strong practical knowledge of electric bike systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, mechanics, and component diagnosis.
  • Experience using diagnostic software and computer systems in a technical environment.


Customer Service Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.


Computer Proficiency:

  • Basic computer skills including data entry, usage of service management software, and familiarity with digital inventory management.
  • Comfort with navigating online resources for troubleshooting and technical research.


Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required if on-site visits or local deliveries are part of the role.
  • Certification or technical training in e-bike technology, electronics, or a related field is a plus.
